About Janet C. Neris, Esq
Janet C. Neris grew up in the Miami area and has been practicing law for more than 6 years, focusing on all aspects of bankruptcy, family, foreclosure defense, real estate law, business, and contract disputes. She has been involved in numerous bankruptcy cases throughout Southern Florida, with cases in Miami- Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Lee counties.
Ms. Neris graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in Political Science. She received her law degree from St. Thomas School of Law. She was the first recipient of the Terry Russell Fellowship and worked with domestic violence victims at the Legal Aid Society of Broward County.
Ms. Neris is admitted to practice law in Florida; the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and; the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is also a member of the Dade County Bar Association, Miami Lakes Bar Association, and the Broward Bar Association.
